Recruitment Terms and Conditions for Doctor.One

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern participation in recruitment processes organized by Doctor.One Sp. z o.o. (hereafter “Doctor.One” or “the Controller”).
  2. These Terms apply to all candidates who submit their personal data (e.g. via application form, CV) to Doctor.One for the purpose of current or future recruitments.

§2. Participation in recruitment

  1. Participation in the recruitment process is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. By submitting their data (e.g. via form, e-mail or recruitment system), the candidate confirms that the data provided are true and agrees to their processing by Doctor.One as described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. The legal bases for data processing are:
    1. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the recruitment process,
    2. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent to process data for future recruitment.
  4. Doctor.One may contact candidates regarding the ongoing recruitment process or, if consent was given, for future opportunities.
  5. The recruitment process may include stages such as: CV screening, phone interview, online or in-person meeting, recruitment task, and feedback.

§3. Personal data processing

  1. Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
  2. The candidate has rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, objection, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. local Data Protection Authority).

§4. Retention period

  1. Candidates' personal data will be stored:
    1. Without consent for future recruitment — data stored for the duration of the particular recruitment.
    2. With consent for future recruitment — data stored up to 2 years from the date of consent or until its withdrawal.

§5. Changes & legal basis

  1. Doctor.One reserves the right to update these Terms; changes will be published, and candidates will be notified via website.
  2. In matters not covered, applicable law includes GDPR, Polish data protection law, and relevant civil law.
